SF Bay Area Things To Do – Half Moon Bay 4th of July Parade & Festivities

Half Moon Bay 4th of July Parade Down Main street

Starting at noon in Half Moon Bay a delightful, home-spun parade will feature an array of whimsical floats, marching bands, equine groups, classic cars, decorated trikes and bikes, community service groups, youth sports teams, dance and theater troupes,local dignitaries, the Color Guard by the American Legion, and local dignitaries and celebrities will be slowly winding their way through the Main Street between Filbert and Mill Streets.

The parade is sponsored by the Half Moon Bay Beautification Committee and Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival and starts at noon at the south end of Main Street and finishes at Mill Street.

Pancake Breakfast

The Half Moon Bay Lions Club will be hosting its annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast at Mac Dutra Park beginning at 8 am. Proceeds go to funding various charities.

The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay Navio’s 4th of July Barbecue and Bloody Mary Brunch

A special 4th of July brunch with a barbecue focused theme, featuring smoker station highlighting a variety of house-smoked meats. The brunch will also include one complimentary Bloody Mary from the create-your-own Bloody Mary Bar featuring seasonal garnishes. Seatings are at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

$140 per guest, $70 per child ages five to 12 and children under four complimentary; plus tax and gratuity.

The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay Ocean Terrace

A more casual 4th of July BBQ offered on the Ocean Terrace. Enjoy alfresco barbecue offerings in conjunction with the a la carte menu from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
$46 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity

The Adult Day Healthcare Center will be hosting barbecue at 645 Correas, HMB. All the proceeds go to funding the Adult Cay Healcare Center in Half Moon Bay. There’ll be live music offered by Pel and the Pelicans Time: 11-3.
