This new offering will become available to the public on Wednesday, November 11th.
Toque Blanche has partnered with Gregory Condes Winesto provide a unique collection of 14 Italian wines.Charles Nelson, owner of Toque Blanche, has focused on small Italian producers that use organic and biodynamic practices to farm their vineyards, creating wines of outstanding quality and value.Toque Blanche‘s dedication to the culinary realm has influenced the selection of wine, as the Italian wines they carry easily pair with food. Selections range fromAzelia BarolotoCa di Rajo Prosecco.
Toque Blanche will also provide several specialty craft beers including El Granada’s Hops Dogma Brewing Co., stocking their A-Frame IPA,Grabtown Gulch Saison and Fides in Fermento Imperial Stout.Toque Blanche also carries Oh Black Lager from Discretion Brewing Co. of Santa Cruz and the popular Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point Brewing Co. of San Diego. All beers are sold in 22 oz. bottles.
Along with fine cookware tools, books, tableware, local and imported food and beverage items,Toque Blanchenow offers a convenient addition for wine and beer for locals and travelers alike.
