Joanne Franklin opened Ketch Joanne's in 1975 in the same Pillar Point Harbor location where you'll find it today. Joanne created each menu item from her own recipes, like linguica with eggs and French bread toast. Specialties include carrot cake, blueberry pancakes, omelets, Boston or Manhattan clam chowder, prawns, calamari and fish & chips. Joanne's philosophy of serving customers great food at reasonable prices has kept generations of Coastside locals and visitors returning to the Ketch.
