A festive winter village scene with snow-covered rooftops and streets decorated for the holidays. People in period clothing walk and interact along the street, which features a horse-drawn carriage. The buildings are adorned with wreaths, garlands, and Christmas trees. A large red ribbon banner at the top reads "HOLIDAY OPENING NIGHT." Pine tree branches frame the left side of the image.
