Beautiful hotel 1st of all, amazing location, great decor. Our room was beautiful. We were staying on the 2nd floor and when we tried sleeping with our gliding door open the downstairs people were smoking causing the smoke to travel up. So it was hot in our room, then very early like before 6am people are talking really loudly and on top of that every few mins or fridge kelot making a weird noise. So for how much we paid I was honestly unsatisfied. Oh and this isn't the hotels fault but outside our room near the street a guy was peeing on the tree....

This is our me and my husband’s most favorite spot. I had a booking for tomorrow and because of my chemo I had to cancel last moment. Yohana hopefully I have spelt that correctly worked with us canceled that booking last moment at no charge with an understanding and kindness not seen often. So thank you and we will see you in December when all this is behind us GOD Willing

We just left this place. We keep coming back. We’ll make a reservation. On our way out once again. It feels like we have a beach little condo. We like to pretend it’s a timeshare. We get the same room every time! The service is great. The atmosphere is great. The housekeeping is great. The location is great. Every time we come, we learn something new about the area. Must check out!

Wonderfully relaxing stay. Staff was very pleasant, the spa was great, the hotel itself was very charming and beautifully appointed. Cecilio, the GM, was extremely quick to address any concerns we had during our stay and really drove the 5 star review I’m leaving. We’ll be back for sure.
