My daughter and I were on a road trip through Northern California, and made a serendipitous stop in half Moon Bay. After some research online, we selected the Cypress Inn for our one night in town. From the moment we walked in, Zachary, the Inn manager was beyond accommodating. Fortunately for us, the La Luna room with a full ocean view was available, so that's where we landed. From the charming accommodations and decorations, to the lovely happy hour with wine and hors d'oeuvres, and absolutely delicious breakfast served in our room, we could not have been more pampered and delighted by our choice! If you are fortunate enough to be traveling through this spectacular part of the California coast, please take the time to discover the staff and accommodations at the Cypress Inn, they will not disappoint.

A place right in front of the ocean, where you can simply open the balcony doors and enjoy an unobstructed view in a calm setting—ideal for rest, a honeymoon, or a romantic getaway. That alone makes the stay worth it. The room was impeccable, with all the amenities one could need. Easy parking (free—rare these days in California). Happy hour and a very good breakfast delivered to the room at a scheduled time. We were pleasantly impressed with the property and will definitely return soon.
