Always a perfect visit! The property is so relaxing. It's like a fairy tale and everyone was so accommodating and very nice! Not to mention, the breakfast was wonderful! We didn't want to leave. Thank you!

The property grounds 5 stars. A quick walk to the bluffs and Cypress Tree Tunnel (beyond beautiful). The front staff were super friendly. Almost a bit too much as we just wanted to quickly check-in and not go thru a whole spiel that was already written on paper (every detail ie “there’s a remote for the tv”). We took off some stars for: no fan (as there was no A/C), the TV was very small and 20 years old, the mattress/bedding was not very comfortable. For $400+ a night, those amenities are expected and would go a long way in guest comfort. We enjoyed the breakfast and our stay, just glad only 1 night.

Sue & Michelle were both amazing, the couple housekeepers we saw were also amazing too! Breakfast was offered to be served daily to our room or to be served at the dining room we chose our room. Surrounding areas were amazing the weather was great, only small thing was that if you’re there mid day when the temperatures get high there is no AC so it could get a bit warm, but just open up a window or balcony like we did and it cooled down instantly. The garden was amazing and the quails, birds, squirrels and bunnies were out and about eating each morning. 5/5 would stay here again for sure my girlfriend and I loved it.

The service was impeccable! Very welcoming and helpful. Such a beautiful hotel with a fabulous location. I was in town for work and decided to stay a bit further out from SFO but found it a quick and beautiful 30 minute drive along the coast. I’ll be back and next time bring my husband.
