Great quiet, intimate place to stay near half Moon Bay. A short, very short trail behind the inn leads to a great ocean view trail to Fitzgerald Marine reserve. Great rooms & very friendly staff

Seal Cove Inn was a choice made on a whim and boy was it the right one! The property is nestled among a very quiet neighborhood and right near the coastline. The epitome of an old romantic B&B. The room was beautiful, clean, and had an electric fireplace. The property was large, exquisitely kept, and just absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. We have plans to return! I would not say this is the ideal spot for kids, as it definitely gave a more romantic and couples tailored feel. We have a 5 and 3 year old and while they’d love the space, I don’t think I would have enjoyed it the same!

Always a perfect visit! The property is so relaxing. It's like a fairy tale and everyone was so accommodating and very nice! Not to mention, the breakfast was wonderful! We didn't want to leave. Thank you!

The property grounds 5 stars. A quick walk to the bluffs and Cypress Tree Tunnel (beyond beautiful). The front staff were super friendly. Almost a bit too much as we just wanted to quickly check-in and not go thru a whole spiel that was already written on paper (every detail ie “there’s a remote for the tv”). We took off some stars for: no fan (as there was no A/C), the TV was very small and 20 years old, the mattress/bedding was not very comfortable. For $400+ a night, those amenities are expected and would go a long way in guest comfort. We enjoyed the breakfast and our stay, just glad only 1 night.
