Mezza Luna is a family-run Italian restaurant inside the historic Princeton Inn, a Half Moon Bay landmark built in 1906. For more than thirty years, the kitchen has paired southern Italian cooking with California coastal flavors, with dishes made from meats, fish, and produce sourced close to home.
The dining room is warm and easygoing, the kind of place that fits a family on a weeknight or a couple taking their time. The menu has something for everyone at the table.
Mezza Luna also handles more than dinner service, with private dining for celebrations, corporate dinners, and special events. The large banquet room seats up to 100 guests as a private space, with low lighting, wood vaulted ceilings, and a full-service bar. The small banquet room seats up to 35 and sits within the main dining area.
