Spent the past few days and nights here celebrating my girlfriend and I's anniversary. So, so glad we booked here, this cute little inn punches way above it's current rating. The check-in process was very smooth and friendly and they provide free toothbrushes and room slippers upon request. We actually ended up asking to extend our stay by one night and they were so friendly and accomodating about it. The rooms are newly remodeled and the bay style window brings in a tone of natural light. Very clean, remodeled bathroom with an amazing waterfall showerhead. The bed was simple and comfy and there was plenty of drawers and outlets at our disposal. The hotel is also walking distance from plenty restaurants, shops, and water activities. We walked to "The Press" Cafe during the early morning hours as it was literally ten steps away. Free parking was also a plus. Half Moon Bay Kayaking company was also just across the street and they are a must check out as well! Would definitely stay here again, no questions asked :) Thank you Harbor View Inn!

Due to some kind of AI conference in San Francisco, where the hotels were $850 I had to look further out and I found the harbor view inn. I’m very glad I did because boy what a little gem! The place itself is newly remodeled the windows in the bedroom open wide, just passed a small bench. It has a little fireplace heater on the wall and an AC unit. You’re probably never going to use, very very comfortable clean bed. The bathroom was fully remodeled with the showerhead coming out of the ceiling I thought I was in a five star hotel. On top of that you can walk to Sam’s chowder house or a pizza place or a barbecue place or a coffee house on the same side of the street. There is a whole Other shopping area across the street. I didn’t have time to visit. I visit San Francisco for Business about two or three times a year and I usually stay in the city, but I will go out of my way to stay at the Harborview and from now on.

The staff here is really nice and they have a latte machine and excellent rooms. Very clean. Very close to everything, walkable. Convenience store 1 min away from your hotel by foot. Robes. Great parking. Can't really complain.
