December 31st, 5:00-9:00: Early-Bird New Year’s Eve
On Thursday, December 31, join us the Brewing Company hosts an “Early Bird New Year’s Eve” with live music delivering a fun and festive soundtrack with which to ring in the New Year. Patrick Maier and Funktopus performing.
There will also be menu and drink specials all night long, and when the ball drops on the East Coast (9 p.m. West Coast time) the TVs in the bar will be showing it and everyone at the Brewing Company will celebrate like it’s 2016.
Flavor
Your choice of a 3 course Mean and Special NYE Desert. Starters are from a choice of Stuffed Pugg Pastry, Diver Scallop/Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, or Artisian Cheese Plate. Entrees are New Zealand Racki of Lamb, Alaskan Salmon, or Vegetarian. Deserts are Smoked Salt Chocolate & Apple Sage Tarts & Champagne Truffles. $170 per couple price also included 2 classes of French Sparkling Rose.

Enjoy an Open Bar offering selected spirits, Gatsby-inspired craft cocktails, wine, beer and champagne.Treat your taste buds to the Royal Buffet where we will be celebrating the best of It’s Italia’s cuisine, along with special dishes that will capture the spirit and gastronomic delights of the occasion!

Four-course prix fixe menu with choices of entrees
$145 per person, $70 per child ages 5 to 12 and children four and under complimentary. Wine parings will be available at an additional price.
Second Seating at 8:30 p.m
‘Caviar & Champagne’ five-course prix fixe menu with choices. Each couple will get 1oz. caviar and half-bottle of champagne.
$265 per person, wine parings will be available at an additional price.
New Year’s Eve Dinner and Lounge Party
Welcome in 2016 with four-course menu from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., access to the DJ Lounge with entertainment and a midnight champagne toast.

New Year’s Eve Celebration in The Conservatory
Ring in the New Year with in the lounge and bar area with live music, champagne bar in ENO and midnight balloon drop. Available on a first come-first served basis for registered hotel guests only. Two-hour dining experience all day.
Ritz Kids New Year’s Eve Party
Kids enjoy a fun-filled party from 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. including movies, games, a children’s buffet and a countdown with a balloon drop and a toast of sparkling apple cider. $125 per child, four to 14; additional siblings receive a $20 discount.
