The mission of the Coastal Wildflower Day Festival is to inspire stewardship of diverse ecosystems and celebrate the role of volunteer efforts in our Coastside communities. This family-friendly event is a great opportunity to build, celebrate, and support our community! We are partnering with local non-profit organizations, craft vendors who complement our mission, and other parks within the greater San Mateo County region. Our visitor center will be open, and there will be live music, crafts and activities for kids, nature walks, a raffle, and a food truck.

Enjoy live music from local musicians and a performance by Ballet Folklorico Tonantzin. Experience guided native plant and bird walks led by State Parks Staff and members of the Sequoia Audubon Society, along with plenty of activities for kids. Purchase native plants from the on-site nursery.
