Wanting to recreate this simple pleasure in the U.S., Ursula founded Sweet 55. Established in 2013, Sweet 55 in Half Moon Bay is dedicated to producing high-end, small-batch Swiss confections.
Sweet 55 works with sustainable Swiss vendors who pay above-average prices to their cacao suppliers, ensuring the highest quality ingredients. Once the chocolate reaches their shop, Swiss-trained chocolatiers create a constantly evolving array of confections. These delectable treats are perfect for any occasion, from personal enjoyment to family gatherings and corporate gifts.
