in the last week
I wish I can give it a 5 star rating but there were things that definitely felt we overpaid for. I will mention the cons and pros to be fair on both sides.
CONS:
- while checking in we were informed that the jacuzzi part of the hotel can't be used due to electrical safety
- when we checked in into our room the first thing we noticed that there was no ac just a ceiling fan if you going there during warmer days this definitely will be an issue
- all the furniture was dusty and smudged like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time
- our toilet/sewer had problem during our whole stay , it would not flush and make burping sound through whole time
-shampoo and body wash were not refilled and it was gone before second use
- noise upstairs was very loud when someone walked
-the breakfast personnel lady gives attitude when simply asked if any of the things will be refilled (we had breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30 and most of the things were not refilled for a while)
- shower in the gym didn't work
PROS:
- very convenient location (4 mins away from the ocean)
- our room had view to the golf course
-pool and sauna were the highlights for us during our stay
- there are 2 fire places you can enjoy at night and the personell guy was very nice to light it up for us even though it was raining previously
- they keep breakfast lounge open through the whole day and you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through the whole day. Their tea was delicious.
-beautiful landscaping and variety of outdoor games offered for the family
-breakfast lounge had fun family games and piano even available for playing
-for breakfast they offered scrambled eggs, pork sausages, toast or bagels , cereal, oatmeal with some yummy toppings , waffles, yogurt, orange juice , coffee and tea
-matrress and pillows were comfortable and clean
Overall we paid $240 per night.
