Coastal Wildflower Day is a community celebration of the Coastside’s native plants and the landscapes they call home. The event brings together local food vendors, live music and dance performances, and hands-on activities hosted by community organizations, all centered around conservation, education, and the natural beauty of the coast.
Guests can enjoy guided walks led by State Parks staff, family-friendly crafts, face painting, and raffle drawings throughout the day. Pick up an event “passport” to explore partner booths and earn a small take-home gift, or purchase locally grown plants cultivated by volunteers. The event is free to attend; parking fees apply, though visitors are encouraged to walk or bike in along the California Coastal Trail.
