Cafe Capistrano features Mayan cuisine from the Yucatan area of Mexico (near Cancun). Chef and owner Arturo Mul’s restaurant has become a local favorite due to his fresh, healthy ingredients and unique flavors. There’s a cozy outdoor patio where you can enjoy both Mexican and Mayan specialties from the Yucatan such as poc chuk, thinly sliced pork marinated in citrus and spices and sikil-pak a delicious pumpkin seed dip served with chips. It’s also a great spot for breakfast.
